Tired of climbing up to caulk your RV roof every year?
A properly sealed RV roof is crucial to preventing leaks and water damage. A standard RV roofing system needs resealed at least once every 12 to 18 months, depending on its material, camping climate, and usage. However, if your RV frequently encounters extreme weather or is stored outdoors for long times, it may need resealed sooner.
Many people don't realize caulking is part of routine RV roof maintenance. Those who do often just layer new caulk over old, which can leave a dirty, compromised area between layers that results in leaks. In fact, we've found many trained RV techs that do this, too - while charging customers.
The slightest water intrusion can cause your RV's wood substructure to rot, insulation to mildew, and walls to delaminate – which can cost thousands of dollars to repair. And many RV roofing product manufacturers won’t honor a warranty unless you've regularly cleaned, inspected, and recaulked the roof. That's a lot of hard work for you – and an easy way out for them. It's also why many people choose to install an RV Roofing Solutions complete system before they ever have a leak.
No two RV roofs are exactly the same. Call our sales manager today for a one-on-one consultation.
Our system bonds permanently to most existing RV roof materials, making caulking your roof a thing of the past. So, you can get back to enjoying your RV instead of constantly working on it.
However, if your existing roof is incompatible with our system, we can do a complete tear-off. This is usually needed for silicon roofs or failed EPDM membranes. For these projects, we bond our system directly to wood using a proprietary fabric that creates a custom-fitted, reinforced acrylic membrane.
Unlike traditional RV roofing, our system starts as a liquid but dries into a custom-manufactured, seamless, maintenance-free RV roof. Once cured, an RV Roofing Solutions system won't crack, chip, peel, or streak, and will add value to your RV unmatched by other RV industry roofing systems. Our acrylic system is formulated to:

We can also install an RV Roofing Solutions system on slides and do any necessary slide repairs. The slide system is an affordable add-on to any RV Roofing Solutions complete roofing system package. It is recommended for any roof without slide toppers.
The same prep and care are included in every slide system. While we can install our slide system on slide roofs with toppers, there is an additional cost.
The curing time for an RV roof repair that includes slides differs from those without. Slides require a minimum of seven days of curing before they are pulled in and the RV moved.
